My career began in uniform—as an enlisted infantryman and later as a U.S. Army Captain in military intelligence—and that foundation of discipline, accountability, and mission focus still drives everything I do today.

I founded Novul Solutions to unite cleared staffing, RMF compliance, and secure software delivery under one veteran- and minority-owned consultancy. I also created Rate My Resume to help professionals clearly communicate their experience and help organizations align the right talent with mission needs. Whether leading a cyber governance engagement for the Department of War or advising federal contractors, my approach is always operational, not theoretical.
